Refunds & Cancellation
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of socks being an undergarment, we do not accept worn items for returns for hygienic reasons. We can only accept returns for unopened and unworn products within 7 days of receiving purchase. After 7 days we cannot offer you a refund. For return instructions please contact us at support@wuduguard.com.
All refunds will require the product to be sent back to us and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The buyer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If an item was damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us at support@wuduguard.com. Wudu Guard will then contact you for more information.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@wuduguard.com as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed.
